UShapeHealth is easy to use so you get and stay engaged. The mobile application assesses your individual health and recommends steps and strategies to improve your health and wellbeing.

Patient's taking charge

This mobile application lets you use your iPhone to assess and record information about your daily health. It monitors how you sleep, eat, and take your medicines and how much pain you experience.  Based on your answers to a series of simple questions, it molds your behavior so that you feel better and be healthier. These recommendations are the very ones used by the mobile application’s creator in his medical practice and you won’t have to wait for him to call you back.

UShapeHealth offers you the friendly push you may need to take charge of your health and wellness. The mobile application is designed to be on call 24/7 and help you on your schedule. UShapeHealth removes barriers to participation in case you don’t have a traditional computer or internet access, challenging you to engage on-the-go, anytime and anywhere.

Daily assessment: Reinvigorating the patient’s health and wellness

The mobile application is based on clinical and behavioral insight and a superior - user-friendly - experience designed to shape healthy behaviors. The mobile application offers you a personalized and persuasive experience.

When you load the mobile application for the first time, the application will prompt you to answer a series of questions.  Responses to these questions will help determine a health score baseline. Some initial questions will be asked only once, others questions will be asked initially and then periodically until the desired behavior is achieved. Finally, some questions will be asked daily.

The results of your daily assessment and the collected data will be displayed using a simple avatar designed to represent your daily health and wellness status. The avatar will display a score – with the left side of the avatar representing healthy (positive) choices and the right side representing unhealthy (negative) choices.  The responses to the questions are weighted units and fill up each side of the avatar.  Each question/response has its own, unique, value. Depending on the value of the reply, the avatar gets a colored shape indicating the nature and impact of each choice. Your avatar will change as you make healthier decisions. Your goal will be to follow the recommendations and ultimately increase the amount of “green” and reduce the “red”.

After completing the daily questions, you will receive a pictorial representation of how healthy or unhealthy you are (or feel) followed by suggestions intended to help you actively improve and reinvigorate your daily health and wellness. This, in turn, helps you to take positive steps to healthier living and become more productive.

Ongoing health and wellness review

UShapeHealth makes it easy for you to track your progress. A unique summary feature tracks and shows specific results of a week, 2-week period, month, 6 months or even a year.  This feature may help you reach your individual health goals.
